About Oracle

Built by someone who needed it to exist.

Oracle was built by a founder who survived two life-threatening weather events where emergency warnings came after the danger. That should not happen.

The origin.

When emergency alerts arrive after the storm has already passed, something is broken. When weather apps give a city-level forecast to a farmer managing 200 acres of specific soil in a specific microclimate, something is missing. When climate is shifting the fundamentals of what grows where and no accessible tool shows you the data, something needs to be built.

Oracle exists because the people who need weather and climate intelligence the most — farmers, rural communities, property owners in vulnerable areas — are the people the current tools serve the least.

Named after the Oracle at Delphi, the most powerful prophetic voice in the ancient world. Not because Oracle predicts the future — but because it gives you the information to see where things are heading and the guidance to adapt.

Oracle is launching with agriculture — the people closest to the land feel climate shifts first. But the intelligence Oracle builds is for every community navigating a changing climate.

Lonia AI

Build high-trust software that expands access — securely, compliantly, and by design.

Lonia AI builds for two demographics the tech industry consistently underserves: professionals in regulated industries whose tools must be compliant and auditable, and communities technology routinely ignores — people with disabilities, patients trapped by predatory systems, individuals cut off from everyday tools.

Oracle serves both. Farmers and agricultural professionals need compliant, reliable data they can trust with their livelihoods. Rural and vulnerable communities need climate intelligence that is currently locked behind enterprise pricing or buried in raw government datasets.

Three Pillars

Three pillars. Zero compromises.

These are not marketing copy. They are architectural requirements enforced from the first line of code.

Accessibility

WCAG 2.2 Level AA and Section 508 compliance built from the ground up. Not bolted on. Not a checkbox. Approximately 25% of U.S. adults live with a disability. Oracle builds for all of them. Skip links, keyboard navigation, screen reader support, focus indicators, semantic HTML, prefers-reduced-motion — on every page.

Compliance

Audit trails on every user action. AI provenance tracking on all generated content — every AI interpretation is tagged with the model, timestamp, and source data version. Weather data disclaimers on every alert. Data privacy by default.

Security

OAuth-only authentication through Google and Microsoft. No password storage — no password fields exist anywhere in the product. Encrypted tokens at rest and in transit. Row-level security in the database. Data minimization. Zero password storage across all Lonia AI products.
